Rolan Robotics is a key player in the automation of the metal industry with welding and handling robots. In many other sectors, such as logistics and the seed breeding industry, the company provides inventive solutions.

With the delivery of its first OTC robot in 1982, Rolan Robotics was at the cradle of the first robotization solutions in the metal industry. Once started with the sale of welding robots in the metal industry, it has been further expanded to handling robots in the metal industry. This knowledge has been used to serve markets other than the metal market with handling robots. In these markets robots from Rolan Robotics are an established name.

Standard Solution: Easy Arc with TIG welding solution at Gove

At SME company Gove with 3 employees, Rolan Robotics has successfully automated the TIG welding process together with the customer. The customer was responsible for the manufacture of the welding fixtures.

In consultation with the customer, a compact solution was developed that also was meeting the demand for a compact cell.

Inventiveness and flexibility of both the customer and Rolan Robotics has delivered a system that the customer works with daily to their full satisfaction.

Material handling on tube laser cutting machines

At manufacturer Heras fencing, Rolan Robotics has automated the entire logistics after laser cutting. Mono parts are taken out of the tube laser by a robot, stripped of cutting waste and stacked in a total of 30 available storage positions via 2 linear systems.
